Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lady Decor. If you are not happy with your order, please read our refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at hello@ladydecor.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
